How many people do you take on each trip?

Each tour will vary, but generally a maximum of 14 persons will be on a single trip.  You will have two – three staff available to assist.

How will we be transported?

You will be transported by mini vans. Your bicycles will be on van roof racks or secured in a bike trailer.

Do I have to be a competitive cyclist?

No. We cater for all ages and levels of ability.  On most rides you will be supported by one guide riding with the group and another guide in a support van.  This will vary depending on the logistics and practicality of each scheduled ride.  Long rides or mountainous rides will have a shorter ride options or pick up points where practicable.  With most tours being close to two weeks in length, the better your fitness, the more you will enjoy every ride from the first day to the last day.

Can I bring children?

Unfortunately we do not have family tours available

What sort of accommodation will we stay in?

All accommodation will be personally checked by us to ensure they are of a high standard. They will generally be hotels, and apartments.
A single supplement will apply to the solo traveler wanting his or her own room.

Do you provide bikes and equipment?

We do not supply bikes, but do have a limited number of hire bikes available – Scott carbon with Shimano Ultegra or equivalent. We will have a small amount of spare tyres, tubes and other parts available to complete minor repairs as the arise. You are expected to come prepared for minor problems like punctures. It is a requirement to have your bike checked by a reputable cycle shop before joining us on tour.

Where do we meet?

Once the tour route has been released, we will be able to identify pick up and drop off points. Ideally we will be picking you up from airports or train stations nearest the tour start and finish.

What food will you supply?

In most cases breakfast will be included.  You pay for your own lunch and dinner unless otherwise stated.  In the evenings, if dinner is not included, you can dine as a group or take the opportunity to explore local restaurants separately if you wish.  The choice is yours!  Some of our tour packages do include dinners at the hotel as specified – if you do not wish to dine at the hotel that is fine, however a refund will not be given for the included meal.

Are people from other countries welcome?

Yes. Our tours are available for anyone from any part of the world! The only thing you need to have is a love of cycling!
